Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing TOOLS&TOOLS d.o.o. za usluge. We are committed to delivering our high-quality gardening tools to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website: www.toolsandtoolsshop.com.

1. GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

All orders are shipped from our central logistics hub located in Zagreb, Croatia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure that your tools arrive in perfect condition, ready for your next gardening project.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Croatian national holidays.
  • High Volume Periods: During peak gardening seasons (such as early Spring) or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at laterment@toolsandtoolsshop.com.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address.

  • Domestic Shipping (Croatia): Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • European Union (EU): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • International Shipping (Non-EU): Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the courier’s website or via your account portal on www.toolsandtoolsshop.com.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

TOOLS&TOOLS d.o.o. za usluge is responsible for all export requirements from Croatia. However:

  • Import Responsibilities: For customers outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Fees: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing an order.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and weight of many of our gardening tools, we generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery.

7. DAMAGES, LOSS, AND THEFT

  • Items Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. You will be required to provide photos of the damaged box and the tool to file a claim.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from TOOLS&TOOLS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our Zagreb warehouse as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from a local pick-up point:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
